Aloha,

My name is Cam and welcome to Cam's Table! During the pandemic, I sold bags of pre-made Japanese curry delivered to your door through my Instagram page. As we evolved, we started to do local events, such as "What the Truck?!" and of course my favorite event at "The Row Kaka'ako" During that time, I was able to find my Grandmother's 50 year old vinaigrette recipe. Affectionately named "Baba Chan's Sauce" I distributed this initially to all my customers as a sample and it was a total hit! Due to brand confusion, I renamed it "Mama Chan's Sauce" Same awesome taste and recipe, just one letter changed. After the conclusion of my last event, I learned how to make my own blend of Cam's Curry roux through months of research and I'm happy to announce that I will soon be selling that as well! As my brand evolved, I wanted to present both great products under one "umbrella" or "roof" hence, Cam's Table. Everything made with aloha under one table, my table, Cam's Table.
